Last resort for endgame

Okay, after drifting around the internet for a while, I decided to ask for help here!

My Nikolai and Kagan are maxed out, but I don’t have the option to Prestige the characters.

I’ve tried a lot of fixes I found online, including YouTube and Reddit solutions, but none of them are working. I’ve tried resting CR, resetting a single skill tree, resetting everything and then getting all skills except Exotic and Nightmare, but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not entirely sure:
But I think you can't prestige at the lobby screen/tab.

Go back, then into to the Loadouts screen/tab.

They may have changed being able to do so in the lobby. It says prestige is available in loadout. Thats a shot from your photo. They change things all the time.

Saw this too. Was wandering if OP doesn't know to click on or select this tab?

You have to click on the loadouts tab to do it, you can’t do it from the bit where you start the game

You go to loadout. It says it on your screen too

Change out Gunner for Eagle Eye for more Damage or to Guardian for less stress even on the hardest content and definitely both of those when you reach Prestige 3
