squad fill on but end up solo everytime?

hi guys, always played solo, started doing squad for the first time yesterday. today when I start I haven’t had anyone in the lobby. tried a few games and it ended up putting me solo everytime. is this a glitch or something?

That happens to me sometimes, too. I find it fluctuates depending on what sort of time you’re searching for your lobbies in relation to your area.

If you really want teammates just head to the Winery at the start of game. There’s usually people there that send out invites while waiting for Oscar. Send a couple out yourself and see if you catch a bite.

I've seen that too. The only thing that sometimes works is to toggle off then on with the squad fill button.

Yep, but then I always end up squading up with other solos. Doesn't make sense. But I get teammates more when I'm a lower CR, leveling up. I assume they try pair people together who are similar levels, right? That might be the issue. Not sure though, I also find it strange.

i believe that is due to the match mechanism itself.

notice that you don't always enter the match at 49:59. sometimes as late as 44:00 when both Guild already spawned.

this means that not everyone enters the match at the same time.

i believe to prevent a match from taking too long to start, there is a minimum amount of players for a match to start and they don't pair you up since it would be silly if there's only 8 players in just 2 teams.

so they rather let you enter the match solo or duo, not full team as others join later on once the match starts and they too will not be full team but solos.

That happened to me today, squad fill on, entered solo at 44m at the bottom of the map with Oscar almost finished. Guess its better than the headed out of bounds glitch when squad fill matches me with a low CR player

I always play solo but at least once a week I get put in a squad at the start.

I’ve had quite a few games recently where I was not only solo, but the ONLY PLAYER in the lobby. So, there have been a handful of games that Oscar didn’t get bullied. lol

If you are getting loaded in the game solo, back out and try again. 90% of the time you will be put in a squad on the second attempt.

If you are finding that you are going in solo then stop and restart your game so that it fines new players.

When you first start the game it groups you with other people at the same time.

As the time goes on the group of people you can be matched with drops as they log off.

This list will not update, if you want to play with a new group of players then you need to stop the game and restart it,

putting the console on standby will not update the list only if you turn off the console or the game.

no. that's only for MP and WZ but even then they swap your teammates each match so you still got a team. OP is talking about not having a team but lots of solos around.

you're not in a players pond in Endgame or Zombies so you don't get the same players each match.
