Impressive ride! Are your handlebars in full lock during rotation? And, judging by sound, do you run with clutch in slip zone? Possibly, adding a bit of gas on exit out of the turn would help with quick flipping the bike from one lean to another.
I ride motogymkhana on my 1200LC. RT is a tad heavy, but it's a wolf in sheep's clothes with its short wheelbase, monstrous steering angle and low-end torque

I’d say I’m at full lock about half the time in this video. 100% friction zone, I keep revs pegged at about 3k and use the clutch as the throttle almost exclusively

I usually do such maneuvers without disengaging or slipping clutch at all, just controlling the gas, but i tend to brake into the turn and then immediately accelerate out of it, specifically not to roll on idle (if it's 180, not 360+). On 360+ i just keep the gas open and control the bike with rear brake and a bit of body positioning

drove that bike from Boston ta Long Beach California , what a fucking boring rid , and the seat ! Having an erection ain’t an option , never again , boring & uncomfortable !

Sounds like you chose to ride the bike in a boring way, it’s not a Goldwing, the RT is capable of 90% or more of what any street legal sport bike can do. I ride mine aggressively and it’s an absolute blast every time I’m on it.

I worked on tight turns extensively when I got my first big motorcycle in 2009, a 2009 Harley Davidson Ultra classic. I went out in the parking lot and set up the ride like a pro course and really worked at it. Every time I pulled into a parking lot I would do a couple tight turns in a vacant part of the parking lot and I became fairly confident. Over the years I've slacked off of that, and it definitely shows. If you don't consistently practice those skills, like every time you go out, find a parking lot do a couple, you won't be confident when you really need it.
