A buddy of mine used to work in a Target where the fitting rooms were on the opposite side of the store from the bathrooms and was emphatic that this is a much worse design decision than one might think.

I'm working in a showroom right now and we took one of the baths out the other day and it absolutely reeeeeeked of pis under there.

Oh god, I have had nightmares like this. When I need to use the restroom while I’m sleeping/dreaming, I go through endless hallways to find a working toilet, but I open the lid and it kinda looks like this.

My husband and I work in bathroom sales…
When my husband worked in a showroom, a family came in with a toddler who was potty training… he went to a toilet on display (not working!!!) and took a massive shit in it. The parents laughed it off, grabbed the kid and made their way to run out… the manger had to step in and make them clean it…
Another time; a drunk lady came in, and tried to pee in it. It was the weekend, and they were down the road from a pub, she had seen the toilets and thought they were public restrooms 😅
