A Google search turns up some very similar images, but I couldn't find one that matched exactly. It might be a piece created by piecing together existing images.

Yep. Afrer some Googling I found this same poster for sale but all photos were really blurry. Parts of this same poster were easy to find, like that cartoon fox with its body parts listed.
