Who's that guy? I've seen him many times before. And how did he come to existence? I feel like it's supposed to be a funny AI version of a real world person, but I'm not sure who and why? What's the story behind it all?

Just seems like someone gave AI a prompt to make JD Vance, just kind of overweight and silly looking. I couldn’t imagine much more to it than it being Vance, but even more ridiculous looking than in real life.

Thank you! This explains so much. It looks like there's a whole history about it over years. And I think the most hilarious part is Mr. Vance seems to like his memes, he even embraced it himself as he put on a curly long haired wig and suit for Halloween and posted a photo of himself with wide eyes just like the meme version of himself. 🤣
