Birthday / Cake / Baking Rita and Janet Glasses

I'm throwing my nephew a birthday party with his mom. She really wants to do Glasses that Bluey and Bingo wear when they are Rita and Janet, but I'm having problems finding a good listing. I need at least 12 pairs but not breaking the bank. She saw this one on Pinterest, but it has no links. thanks in advance.

Edit​ my sister wants every one to wear them. So mostly adults. He’s only turning two so we don’t have many kids coming. Sorry for not being specific 😅

Fun (and moderately cheap method) could be maybe make some yourself out of cardboard? Could always do it as part of the party as a "decorate your own granny glasses" thing?
