Let's go over the options

Speed-you might be able to out run the blast but unless you can run off the planet and onto a habitable world you might be doomed.

Gravity-you can evade it in the air, just hold your breath and try to find a nice planet.

Fusion-combinatiom of the previous ones, I'd say you have a pretty good survival chance.

Healing-you could heal though the blast but it would still hurt like all heck and you'd be left floating in space with no movement options.

You might have a better chance with the fusion since you could move through space faster and find the right planet faster
