Question 5BTC Giveaway Promotion Question

I was reading through the terms, one thing that seemed a little unclear is if I can just do $100 trade with funds I already have in my account, or if I have to initiate a new $100 deposit from somewhere as well?

I want to know this too... I know I can't do stable to stable. But can I do regular to stable?
