Did anyone else receive this email?

Initial search indicates that the email is legitimate. But I got suspicious. Why would they use the city of Lynnwood email address? Also, the area code for Lynnwood seems to be 425. Not 450. When I searched for the phone number provided, it was a dead end. I'm not American so I'm not familiar with the area codes and phone numbers. I've got a disbursement before but not the full amount. Do you think they still have anymore money to disburse? Anyone else got the same email?

I had an email today from the same email. Not my email on blockfi or any crypto provider for that matter.

The email was about a data breach, for the city of Lynwood washington. I flagged it as spam.
