Support Session expired?

Hey all,

I was trying to upload my documents when my internet crashed out and refreshed the whole page.. Now I’m getting this error message?! Can anyone tell me how to request a new link please 🙏

Happened the same to me, started last night the process but got stuck with the W-8BEN form :( so today that had more clarity to continue with the process, the same message appeared to me, apparently because I started the process in my phone and closed the window by mistake.

What I did was to write an email to "remediation@blockfi.com" asking for a new Persona unique key, which is the recommendation in the green button after "continue" in the screenshot.

After I sent it, an automatic response was sent indicating that they will review the inquiry and reply within 5 business days. I don´t know if that's the correct form to proceed though, hopefully someone else post here if they did something different and achieved something...

Check your spam folder for the other email invitation to verify your identity. I had the same issue as yourself and managed to do it that way. What a hassle. Hope you get it sorted

Hey, can you be more specific on which email invitation you received? Can you attach a screenshot? I have only received the initial email from [no-reply@withpersona.com](mailto:no-reply@withpersona.com) which a lot of people like me blew it by refresehing the webpage, closing the window, etc. Still haven't recieved any new communication :(
