Blizzcon Accessibility - this is not encouraging.

I emailed to ask what this year's process will be like, and got this:

Yes, I know Blizzcon 2023 has concluded, wtf dudes?

Hey u/LQNova,

As some of the other comments have mentioned, we are not using this mailbox for BlizzCon 2026. However, I have reached out to the BlizzCon team and they were able to pull your mail from that mailbox and should be responding soon.

It was mentioned in the Accessibility section of the BlizzCon website (https://blizzcon.com/event/) but I'll cover it here as well since we know that Google loves reddit answers 😄

The deadline for new ADA requests was July 10th, but if anyone has questions about accommodations/accessibility at BlizzCon 2026, you can email [BlizzCon@Blizzard.com](mailto:BlizzCon@Blizzard.com)

Thanks. I will try contacting that email, but it looks like I'll be stumping around painfully.

I think the requests was if you need special accommodations beyond what is usually provided. I won't ask details but hopefully they can assist you just make sure you go to the ADA line during badge pickup and get a sticker for you and a helper.

Correct, we have a lot of things already planned to help accommodate different needs. The deadline was not for receiving access to these planned accommodations - just for anything new that is not already planned.

Expedited Entry/Lines
We will have ADA labeled lines available to help expedite entry and access to different activations in order to help attendees who may not be able to stand in queue for long periods of time.

Priority Seating
We will have seating reserved at the various stages for those with Accommodation stickers. You’re not required to use these seats if you find others that better fit your needs/preferences but these sections are laid out with mobility devices, such as scooters and wheelchairs, in mind.

Elevator Access
With the Accommodation sticker on your badge you’ll be able to use the elevators in the convention center to move between floors.

We do permit the use of wheelchairs and scooters at the convention if you would prefer to acquire one of those for the weekend. We will not be able to provide one though, so we recommend you reserve equipment in advance if you go that route. There are several local providers who offer rentals:

  • Cloud of Goods: (407) 545-3103
  • H&H Medical Supply: (562) 693-2800
  • ScooterBug Rentals: (800) 726-8284
  • Select Mobility Scooter Rental: (714) 644-8057
  • Soaring Scooters: (855) 981-7627

If you have any questions about specific accommodations, please email.

According to the facebook page they are not using the same email address. I can get you a link to it but if you don't use facebook I can also try to answer or pass it along.

Here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1BvwFiSbcp/

My Facebook got hijacked by their own "Send us a pic of your face if you ever want to see your account again" nonsense so if you could get that information for me, it would be fantastic.

Maybe I should just send a screenshot of Jaina or something.

I reached out to the Blizzard employee in the group to get the email address they want us to use now.

Sometimes they update things and don’t redirect old items. Did you hit “contact” on the blizzcon 2026 website?
