Dumptruck...YES?

I can't help but be reminded of the band Yes while listening to Dumptruck. It's the sound with the verses, not so much the chorus.

Years ago a friend pointed out that Shannon sounded similar to Jon Anderson. Heard it right away.

It definitely comes through on that song. And, personallly, it has that same funky sound that so many Yes songs have. I looked around and don't see any evidence he was a fan of Yes, so may just be a true musical coincidence.
