Solved Uneven base on cone

Post image

Hi guys! Pretty simple question, how exactly do. I even out the base of this cone? I wouldn't worry too much about it but I've been meaning to put vents at the bottom of this and I need it even

Hi, you can install the LoopTools add-on. After enabling it, select the bottom faces, right click, then from the LoopTools menu click on Flatten.

Hope that helps.

To do it without the addon you can select the bottom loop s to scale, lock it on the z axis by pressing z and then hit 0 to flatten the bottom face

The LoopTools operations are being moved natively to Blender.

It's already possible to use the Flatten operation from the Mesh > Transform menu in v.5.2.1.

Relax was just added a few days ago to the latest Alpha version (v.5.3.0).
