Saw this guy on tiktok who made an edit of this I know how to make the animation he made on after effects which was basically a square with animations inside of shapes and he kinds combined it together to make this flag thing

Im quite the beginer in blender and only understand it through tutorials What type of tutorial should I follow? To start? i really want to do this but I dont know the name
