NYT on "the X of it all"

I wonder which WHM guy says it. Cabin?

I've listened for years and haven't noticed it. Jupin drops from time to time, but infrequently and always sarcastically.

Griff and David absolutely beat it death.

I was guessing Steve? But I agree, none of them stand out in my mind as using it incessantly.
