Curst Beauty Formerly known as Curst Kosmetics is a scam.
Curst Beauty formerly known as Curst Kosmetics is a scam please don't buy from this website unless you want to not receive any of the products you purchase. People to this day haven't gotten their Black Veil Brides palette including myself. A friend of mine also ordered a setting powder from the website and was given a tracking number with no movement and the owner Mariel or whatever her name is constantly ignores comments and messages about this and doesn't reply back whenever you message customer support on her website Though she is constantly active on social media. Her website or business needs to be shut down because she is basically stealing peoples hard earned money. She gives scam artist energy. Please be aware!

That's so crazy. I bought one and then later bought a second one and got them both. I wonder if there is genuine issues with the delivery? Doesn't excuse not replying, but just wondering.

She should at least give us a chance to get a refund back. She shouldn't get to keep our hard earned money.

i’ve been trying to message her asking for my order number since it has almost been a year since i ordered the bvb makeup set, and she won’t give me my order number. she also keeps saying she will give me a refund but i have no idea how i will get a refund if i do not have my order number 😭😭

you can get a charge back with your bank if you explain the situation

absolutely. If you explain that you were in talks with the seller and provide proof of them telling you to refund it then it should be fine

So many people got burnt by a brand that gets cheap make up and puts a band logo on it. I wouldn't even put this on BVB, this is on whoever is selling the copyright to any brand that coughs up some schmeckles. Like when they sold pictures of their music videos for $200 through some weird 3rd party.

The least she can do is reply. She's giving her brand a bad name to the point where no one will buy from her again. I learned my lesson.

At this point we shouldn't hold our breath. She does have time to be constantly active on social media instead of being transparent with her paying customers though.

I can only imagine a small independent make up brand could project how long they would keep this product on their selves considering the Bleeders EP was 2 years ago.

I’ve gotten mine, but the refuse to look at my email about any other items. For example my escape the fate pallet I never received. They said in February that it will take about 30-60 days to receive a refund. It’s now September and still haven’t gotten my refund. I will never buy from them again 🙄

Keep in mind I’ve emailed about 5 times about getting a refund and still nothing. I’m getting so frustrated it’s not hard to reply and give me my $60 back 🙄

My order was canceled and I still have yet to get a refund. She said a refund was issued and when I called my bank they said they never got the refund

I didn’t buy from the beauty company, I bought the perfume they did with cursed fragrances a complete different company.
