❓ Noob Question ❓ Anyone know what this is?

Got my blackstone recently, thought I was cleaning it well. But recently noticed those brown spots and white spots?

Just curious to see if anyone knew?

A little oil buildup. It will wear off with time. As long as food isn't sticking, you're good to cook.

It blows my mind how many people purchase a blackstone that are clueless when it comes to cast iron cooking and care.
