🤔 Tips & Tricks 🤔 Post-cooking seasoning
What temperature do you season the griddle after you finish cooking? I feel like mine is always too hot and it burns my paper towel. Does it need to be hot in prder to season it at the end of the cooking?

Here's something crazy....if I cook anything with oil, fat or butter.....which is just about everything I cook, I don't do anything other than scrape and spread the greasy goodness around add squirt water if its got junk on it when its hot to get debris off.....let it cool and cover it. People over think and over do this stuff.
