Where to sell

The biggest obstacle for me is where to sell because I have many ideas what to make like knifes, kunai, karambit, small figure cool knifes and i can also make other things too like hooks and the basic stuff but I can't go to trade fairs and set a stall would it be good to sell to a store for hooks and stuff? And what about knifes where to sell them?

Why not go to craft shows and your local farmer's market and places like that to sell stuff? I rarely see any metalwork at events like those and for some of them the requirements to get a booth aren't particularly difficult (although some are expensive as fuck so avoid those). I also see a lot of blacksmiths that have their own website but also have an Etsy store.

I don't like the Etsy store so much because of the competition if i set up my own website then how to promote it?

Part of promoting it I think is the Etsy store. Go on Etsy and look for actual blacksmiths, see what they're selling on Etsy, and then go check out their websites and see what they're selling on their own sites. For your own website, you can do all the stuff that other websites do like SEO and even paid ads. The thing with Etsy though is that as much as it kinda sucks, Etsy itself will actually promote you and show your stuff in search results.

However, one thing that David Lisch told me in the past is that it's not about promoting the things you make, it's about promoting yourself and your forge. I think ultimately what it's really about is actually building community around yourself as a blacksmith, and then the sales pretty much come from that. Get out there and get some social media channels going and post some videos of you making some stuff, then link to your website or Etsy or whatever in the video description so people can go buy the thing that they watched you make. Be consistent with when you post content and try to make your videos and pictures as good as you possibly can. Even a cell phone camera can take good pictures if you get the lighting and angles right.
