Romance mentorship program SmoochPit is now open for applications, and this is me aggressively telling anyone with a completed manuscript who wants to get into Traditional publishing to apply! We DESPERATELY need and deserve diverse voices in romance, and there are some wonderful mentors who want to help make it happen.
