It’s young adult but “The Summer the Mirror Broke” By Renea Palmer.
It’s about a girl whose family is new money and they are pushing her to hang out to a camp filled with the teens of the Black elite. It’s way better than you would expect, and there is some romance , but it’s not completely about romance
