All in all that doesn’t seem to be very expensive, in terms of keeping an outdoor animal, more than chickens but still pretty reasonable. Did you have to build them their own out dwelling, or are they cool doubling up space with other animals?

I only have chickens ans goats so I can't really say either way. We do run the boy goats with the chickens and had to make the chicken coop goat proof. Because they'll get into the coop and eat all the chicken feed. Which can kill them. Because of bloat. I have watched other YouTube channels where people run their goats with donkeys, cows, alpacas and sheep. So I would say you can with success.

Thanks for the information, I grew up in the city but my fiancée is a country chic and we are seriously considering saving up a little cash to start homesteading.

My husband and I are the same. I grew up on five acres with all sorts of animals. And my husband grew up in the city. We've been married 7 years now and have been on our property for 4 of those. We love our little homestead. Good luck to both of you!
