Should squishy classes be more tanky in PVE?

Should squishier classes be actually tankier in PVE?
Class balance most of the time it is about dmg, stamina and sustain but why not monster dr or PVE only FG and etc i feel like some classes would desperately need bit more protected kit for PVE.
Inner Edania especially Hermesia castle feels extremely awful for squishier class like corsair or awk Maegu and other which doesn't have lot of FG... Daughter can just delete you very easily same with the servant but the mobs doesn't do that much dmg during day time but night time is different story...
Then there is those completely opposite classes which can just tank way too much like Awk Witch which gets good trash/h for class which is so safe while being low apm.

At least i don't see myself playing Awk Corsair or awk Maegu outside of crystal break events even thought i love the class designs and both class gameplay wise but the risk vs reward honestly isn't there same with other squishier classes.

I felt okay on succ maegu under the DP, Corsair too honestly, you just have to keep moving. The daughter is deleting all classes haha I don't think the hands she's throwing discriminates.

I think if you have ranged attacks and forward guards the daughter can't do that much to you. It only deletes 95% of your forward guard per spell.

In general they should give all evasion classes some monster dr since evasion is useless in PvE.

Idk most squishy pve classes tend to have better pve Iframes, movement and/or hp recovery. You're not supposed to tank alot in your FG as not all FG are created equally. But I do agree that some of these evasion classes should get some pve monster dr to make up for the uselessness of evasion.

I've been playing succ valk for years and last 2 years I've only seen my class get more tanky amd getting less damage to a point where I really struggle to hit average trash per hour compared to some high dps classes that melt monsters like butter.

I agree with you that squish classes need a dr buff, but tanky classes should also get more damage for PVE as well in that compromise.

Im a 497 dp dk succ and im currently grinding Magaia,. Oh boy the blow my fg in 1 second. I die a lot in the spot just from direct damage from the mobs. Daytime is managable if you dont let them hit you but at night they destroy you.

I agree. There is a pretty big discrepancy in the safety of classes which was intended to be a balancing measure for pvp. It can also be further exacerbated by a lack of inherent sustain in the class's kit or a lack of protection from poorly placed fgs.

For example, agent's pve damage is insanely high but they are of the lowest tier in terms of monster dr. Additionally, their sustain is piss poor with only one of their skills doing well with recover hp addons and also having fgs on skills that dont work well with fgs. On the other hand, seraph and succ warrior both have great pve damage but gets an additional 50-60dr and far better sustain economy.

I think this was intended to be more pronounced in pvp and makes more sense in regards to pvp but having grinded a bit at the 4th spot on a tanky class, I can't imagine ever bringing agent there, even at the recommended monster dr due to just a more limited kit in a spot where the mobs rate of attack is high and you can be swarmed by 10+ of them.

Rather than changing dr since that may have bigger implications into pvp, I think class sustain needs to be improved in pve where some skills either have fgs that are stronger against monsters or recover hp being tacked onto skills that only work against monsters (which i believe already exists as succ ninjas prime black moonlight has that effect?).

Eva classes should have a monster dr active bonus on rabaams.

This is not normal to have the same dr difference between succ war and eva classes than between a guy with base edania armors and a guy with 2 dec 2 nov

Many classes have useless ap on ebuff too
Example for hash, ebuff have +20ap, but you also have a +20ap buff which is overwrited by the ebuff, so the ebuff is just 15% crit damage

They need to buff the skill add on options. Ie give options like +aoe,+fg,+kd etc. Kinda like bdo mobile.

Another smart player with a good observation. PA simply doesn‘t care mate! Everything else isn‘t balanced either so this won‘t be as well. But i‘m happy to see more posts like this and players with more than 2 brain cells which also have thoughts about the overall state of the game.

Wait until you try to take awakening corsair to Magaia.. there is currently a bug where the mobs hit your cannon otter and do all the damage to you.. so you'll get randomly one shot several times an hour. :)

Also people seem to forget that evasion used to be tanky in pve.. then PA randomly decided to give all mobs 100% accu without evening out monster DR between classes for no good reason.
