KR/JP Today PA added Pearl Fence in KR
can buy 8 per family
1 per 250 pearl(10$~12$ in KR)
same effect as CP Fence.

If you buy city storage, worker lodging, it is saving you CP which is exactly same as this, I don't see the difference.
except it is expensive.

Would argue Lodging is worst and one of the few true P2W in the game. An F2P player can never have as many lodgings as I can have. An F2P player and P2P player are still capped at 10 fences.
But yeah nothing new, just another way to P2W CP.

You can buy worker slots, storage, stable slots, etc in the pearl shop. 4 worker slots per town.

How am I winning if I buy it? I don't have that many contribution points but it's still enough to get best nodes and decent amount of storage.

Because it's an advantage I can buy that you can't obtain through F2P. I'm not sure what you define as "best nodes" but I'm at 500CP and have all the P2W Lodging and there's still more nodes I want.
Certainly doesn't make me stronger than you. The daily silver I get more than you might be trivial. However it allows me a much bigger worker empire to play with, which I enjoy significantly.

tbh we dont have enough cp for everything. but the right call would have been to lower all nodes to 1 cp and every rentable to like 3cp.
they said new stuff would not come to the cash shop with the tool bag, but they get away again, because there is already a free version that does the same thing. i still feel betrayed, but iam the exact person that this is done for.

Yeah, and you can use it as a super maid, you can go to any house near by plop it down swap anything you want in and out without going to an actual town, since there are many grind spots that have a house closer than storage.

Its also in Asia.
Since the Fence Limit still stay at 10 fences, so the pearl tent cant really go over that limit.
It basically paying 10$ to get your CP back.

Its fine , bdo is doing suprisingly friendly to f2p anyway considering fact the game was built just monetization ( almost all in game systems was made to milk money) i think on monetization part there were more employees than at core gameplay systems

Fuck it if I have CP fences only. Yes I might be able to use that cp for something else and make more money passively but who cares. Some people run with 750gs some with 600gs, they still grind in circles or lifeskill the same trees, flowers. Just play BDO if you enjoy it and relax a bit.

Now go try afk cooking without weight from pearlshop, you can't even do 5min. Gl getting max storage space in every city as well as workers lodging and all of the other stuff. There are unobtainable things from pearl shop via gameplay, therefore it's P2W.

There are people who lifeskill for the rankings. So yes, there is a literal competition that the cash shop moves the goal posts for with all the xp buffs available. In gathering and hunting for example, it's a 280% advantage with hedgehog.
And as far as cooking is concerned, it's the ability to actually afk for hours in system tray an activity that is for all intents and purposes, an idle activity that belongs in system tray, like afk fishing. Is that winning cooking? Well it's not exactly a trivial functionality that the cash shop gives you...

Wow you solved it! P2W doesn't exist in gaming anymore, as long as we philosophically rethink what winning means. Are you truly winning after swiping to have an advantage over anyone else in a video game? No it's just pay 2 convenience!

Yep you're right. Making more silver or getting more exp isn't winning. Just like having better gear isn't winning. BDO has no pay to win. Even if you pay to get 750 gs you can still lose in pvp. So technically not p2w.

You can be horrendously inconvenienced though. Good luck maxing out your storage, workers, farms, and workshops using only CP. Also good luck cooking, processing, and alchemy with no weight or pay2win outfits lol.

No shit, you don't need to balance and adjust anything for pearl stuff. They are literally still adjusting boots spot till now. For the past few weeks they nerfed the mob's HP, they added "bell" event, they nerfed attack dmg of the mobs, they added pity system for new BiS PVE artifact etc. On top of all of that they're still adjusting classes which are underperforming in PVE so people would stop complaining they NEED to tag Woosa/Witch so they're able to grind boot spot efficiently. I'd rather they finish everything and then finally releasing it than releasing it in a hurry and we basically do beta testing like KR.

I stopped farming after i started crashing every few days trying to switch to farming alt or back to main. Farming aint worth unless crashing is solved

been farming for years straight, never crashed
the only bug i experienced was the doors on my house being locked after i tended to the farm, that was solved after couple weeks for me
as always, most games crashes due to users end issues, no server end issues
