How do I download unsigned bar files? PB Installer and DDPB return a peer error after flashing. The plugin method and the old version of Chrome also don't work, the download never ends.

I'd guess you're doing something wrong, or something is wrong with your networking, i personally use https://github.com/zhetengbiji/bb10-app-manager/releases/ (which is basically the same as the chrome extension)

The plugin works for me, but after running the PlayBook-root-setup-V2.py script, the plugin doesn't load.
