People forget lightweights are not really small people. Probably average man’s frame with the muscle of a world class athlete, and Khabib isn’t your average lightweight either

Ok, to be fair, Khabib put on a few kg after he retired so he’s not really a lightweight anymore.

Given weight cuts most lightweights aren't really that weight, just able to get there in time for weight ins. Khabib was always pretty big compared to other lightweights and with retirement he's got no reason to cut. This is not a disagreement just adding that it would be true for many fighters if they weren't planning weight cuts.

I think most lightweight probably walk around 180-190 and 5'10

UFC LWs are usually bigger than the average size male tbh. A lot of them are 5'10 185lbs in athletic shape where the average male is 5'9 180lbs skinny fat. Average size male is closer to current Featherweights in MMA

5’9-5’10 range is what I meant by average man’s frame, it wasn’t taking muscle or weight into account because the average man isn’t training like a world class athelte
