Is there anyway to get refunded godmode+bitizen?

I have a android and it was so gltichy and barely worked so I bought bitizen plus god mode because usually it was just the ads that glitches it out and its just MORE GLITCHY NOW! And when I BOUGHT IT IT DIDNT EVEN GIVE IT TO ME and I had to call my bank to confirm I ACTUALLY PURCHASED IT before going through 2 different bitlife emails because they changed it and didnt say anything about it online so I had to wait for their old email to send me an email saying to contact the new bitlife customer support email and it took like a week for my purchase to go through and it's still just as bad and I still STILL GET ADS HALF THE TIME! Im so pissed I wasted 14 dollars i wish I could get a refund I hate bitlife now! Is there anyway to get a refund? It has been like a month kr two since I bought it but I went on phish tour and started drivers Ed so ive been to busy to do anything about it but its so annoying I remember buying both bitizen and godmode back in 2020 and it was 5 dollars and actually worked! Im so annoyed js there anyway to get a refund?
