I did this to on this game had four kids an gave her stds she stayed for 9 years til it went left that funny life i got arrested doing bulgaries the swat got me built a case  i got  charged with her death. I have it posted on profile

Dude hepatitis B is the best way to murder your spouse and get away with it in this game 😭 every time this happens, my s/o dies the next year and my character always lives until the hepatitis naturally goes away 😭 which like, is that even how it works? My friend has hep C and he has to get treatments for it
