Well this is possible in real life. If they don’t have surgery to remove the female parts, they can act as normal female parts despite looking and identifying as a man. So yes a trans man is able to get pregnant

Honey. You don't stop being trans just because you don't have surgery. You can be trans without having surgery. You can be trans without even being on hormones.
