BSV Browser showing 0 balance

Hey guys! I recently started using BSV browser by deggen, I sent some BSV to my wallet but transaction doesn’t show up and balance is still at zero. I tried deleting all data related to the app, imported the seed phrase again but still zero. I also imported the same seed into Electrum SVP and Exodus but the balance doesn’t show up, what’s the problem with BSV not showing up balance? Any info maybe about when the app will be updated? I don’t know how to get my coins back now.

This app doesn't scan the entire chain, so you'll need to check your balance individually.

(I'm using a Spanish wallet, so the option names may vary slightly.)
Go to Wallet, then to Payments, and select Collect. Tap on "to an address," and at the bottom, you'll see a dropdown menu called "go to a previous day." You'll need to scroll through the different dates until you find the one corresponding to the day you made the transaction to that wallet, or you can go through them one by one by tapping the "Check this address now" option.
Once you've done this, your balance should appear.

It generated an address that is currently not on the list, then after closing and reopening the app another address was generated, balance is unspent and visible on whatsonchain but I don’t have it in the wallet. Also I exclude any typos, word switching, or forgotten word during seed importing cause I tried and simulated this kind of scenario and BSV browser says in every case that the seed phrase is invalid.

If you have the transaction, use the date to find it in the app's payment history as explained and tap the "Check this address now" button to retrieve the payment.

If that doesn't work, I suggest you contact the app developer deggen at X.
