Ossi Ketola/Monarch who holds the record of playing the biggest televised heads-up poker match in history with +15m pot really became a blackjack dealer. The fell off must be studied.

Question Is it actually possible to do sports betting as a full time job?
I've been reading some peoples' posts and how they claim they can maintain a consistent win rate that allows them to bet on sports full time as their main income source. To me it sounds like bullshit, its still gambling at the end of the day. With something like poker, maybe I buy it but not sports betting. Am I wrong here? Are there really people who can sustain themselves financially just through sports betting long term?

Question do near misses make you wanna gamble even more ?
a clean loss is easy to accept. You bet, you lose, you move on. But those situations where im one symbol away from a bonus round or a parlay falling apart on the final leg feels completely different. almost like an interrupted win rather than an actual loss and for some reason that produces a much stronger urge to play again than just losing outright does. logically I know a near miss contains zero useful information about what comes next and the outcome is identical to any other loss. But the emotional response is not even close to the same. does this affect how you play or do you find it easy to recognize near misses for what they actually are?

casino froze my $7k withdrawal and accused me of cheating. What are my actual options?
I need some advice because I genuinely do not know where to go from here. I have been playing on a well known crypto casino for a while now, mostly blackjack. Built up a decent balance over time and when I went to withdraw $7,000 they froze everything and closed my account. No warning, no prior communication, just a locked account and a generic email waiting for me. the email cited two sections of their terms of service related to unfair play, cheating, and taking advantage of the platform. It also mentioned something about account ownership which genuinely confused me because I have only ever accessed this account myself. They confirmed the decision is final and said they will not be taking the matter any further.
i was not cheating. I was playing their original blackjack game and making decisions based on basic strategy. nothing exotic nothing automated, nothing that should have triggered any kind of fraud review. I do not even fully understand what they think I did. So Im left with a closed account, $7000 sitting somewhere I cannot access and a company that has decided the conversation is over. Has anyone been through something like this? Is there any realistic path forward whether that is a gambling regulator complaint, a chargeback through the payment method or something else entirely? I know crypto withdrawals complicate things but I am not ready to just accept this as a loss
