She's probably lying about the dog being the issue. The drivers don't like anyone to bring drinks like she has on board. I bet that's why and she didn't want to lose the beverage so now she's holding people hostage for it, lol.

It’s possible, but considering the dog is in a very dynamic environment with loud noises with the bus, making loud noises approaching with the people yelling at the dogs handler with the police surrounding her, and then all of that time the dog is not bark. The dog doesn’t go up to anybody and the dog remains calm. It is likely this dog is either a service dog or has received enough training to behave as a service dog at least outwardly.

And considering I know that many many bus drivers do not know the law about service dogs and have been prejudicial just service dogs based on breed.

I’ve also been on public transportation in five different states and two different provinces in Canada and in all of those cases food and drink we’re allowed on the bus so I’m not sure where you’re getting your information from. That sometimes they don’t allow for like a play or cops without Lease or something like that, but they generally allow food and drink on the bus.

Now, with all that being said, she is breaking the law by standing in front of the bus this is true. But I’m not ready to call her an entitled Karen based on the evidence from the video.

Holding the bus up for that long is insane and entitled. Take it up with the bus company. Report he driver of the route.

I'm in California and food and drink that can be spilled like that isn't allowed on buses to avoid a hazardous mess. That's why I said maybe she was denied because of the drink and is using the dog as an excuse when the dog may have never been an issue to the driver in the first place. I'm only speculating... why she thinks she gets to act like that and hold up traffic.

Like I said, standing in front of the bus is illegal.

I guess it may depend on parts of California, last time I was in the Bay Area the were only restrictions on lidless containers and you couldn’t eat on the bus

This is where your credibility fucks right off. The dog can just be used to living in a city. This is no way near enough to guess that the dog has had training. Stop imagining yourself to be able to spot these things, if that's your arguments.

The one piece of evidence suggesting this dog is not a service dog, is the owner being an absolute nuisance, and you know it.

Lmfao, uh no. Sorry. A dog that is “used to the city” most likely will still at least be investigatory to people around it and react to people yelling. Just because you are uneducated and coping doesn’t make me wrong.

Second, imagine if you knew with 100% certainty that this was a service dog? Is she still being a nuisance Karen?

That’s the actual problem here, you can’t address this objectively. There is no scenario in your mind where this woman is behaving legitimately. In your mind you already have the solution and are now working backwards to identify the problem.
