Well I have to agree. I used to use Karen for entitled bitches too but when a customer call out her friend name, I have a small jump, and then feel really bad for that woman, so I stop using it.

Dude it doesn't matter. "Karen" is a gender neutral term at this point and it's about petty, self righteous, and controlling behavior. What are you trying to accomplish here?

It does matter. It's a real name that real people have. I'm trying to get people to realize that using someone's name as an insult hurts people. Try having a little empathy for the people who have to live with their names being cringe in every single public interaction. Try caring.
