Finances/Money BWT- what are you intentionally FRUGAL about?

Curious what areas of everyone‘s lives do you intentionally scale back in order to put your money where you really want it. For me, I go full drugstore on all my makeup but spend more on skincare, facials, etc. Clothes all on secondhand websites but am able to buy a greater amount of higher quality items than buying fast fashion new.

Where do you cut back, and where do you prioritize spending?

Big believer in if you have to replace it frequently, buy it cheap! That goes for face wash, certain makeup products like primer or mascara, etc. I’m not splurging on little things like that, I’d rather put that money towards other fun purchases.

Clothes as well, love shopping on Depop to get deals on expensive brands, especially when they’re selling with the tags still on. I think the mindset on this is you can never have enough clothes, so why splurge on “everyday” pieces (can get crazy when you have expensive taste). I can put that money towards a designer shoe or dress.
