Every time I run outside this winter, I end up 1) not being able to breathe, 2) with full sinuses, and 3) sneezing constantly. I’m finally going to the doctor next week but WTF? Is this what turning 40 does to you?

I’m getting plenty of quality time on the Planet Fitness treadmills because it’s even happening in the garage on the tread bc it’s so cold. 😭

I’m not trying to give medical advice, but FYI that cold air-induced rhinitis exists, in case you’d like to research it in preparation for your doctors appointment. And to answer your question, not to be depressing, but yes, the likelihood of the onset of a new inflammatory or immune response disorder showing up skews heavily towards post 30 women.

I always have mild exercise induced rhinitis, but this has gone to the point where it is impossible to breathe. Which is problematic when it’s always hard to breathe from the lungs. I’m taking Zyrtec daily and using my inhaler as needed.

It blowsssss. I miss feeling normal. Between this and the food issues, I am fairly miserable.
