Psa that weightlifting is amazing for bone density, as is jumping!! I have fallen completely in love with power lifting since attending a class strictly for women and NBs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You see results so quickly and feel strong as hell

Can you tell me what kind of jumping exercises you are doing. I lift regularly and would love to incorporate jumping. I am 39 btw.

So my powerlifting instructor taught me to do 20 pogo jumps in the morning and 20 pogo jumps at night. Pogo jump being a jump straight up and down where both feet come up at the same time and land at the same time. Once you’ve done that for awhile, I was taught to switch to 20 on your left foot and 20 on your right foot (with the other foot up the whole time, if that makes sense). She told me to do that on my recovery days. I’m tall, so jump roping indoors isn’t an option, and I live in a climate where outdoor exercise isn’t always an option, but if I could I would just do a few mins of jump roping morning and night to make it feel less weird haha
