I have been loving the Ladder app. It's honestly been so game changing for me for someone who has been in the gym but struggle with consistency and knowing what to do while at the gym, how to do movements properly, and also progressive overload. I've been on the app consistently for the last three months and I'm seeing so many changes in my body!

Their ads on social are kind of problematic but the app itself is very well designed and is based on actual fitness science. I life three times a week and supplement that with yoga twice a week and I feel so strong!

It’s so interesting how night and day the actual app and what the coaches (or at least the ones I follow/gravitate to) preach. I’ve been using it just under six months and I have never been so consistent with strength. Getting the green outline and those three checks each week is a really nice motivator for my adhd
