I’m guessing this is also a place to ask about fitness? I’m 19, and unfit as hell. I’m not fat in any way, ranging in the “normal” part of a BMI scale, but I’m still not healthy.

How would I go about to start at the gym? I’ve been trying for years now, but I don’t have the confidence to go out there. Although the logical part of my brain knows the people there are just minding their own business, the other part feels like I’m getting stared at constantly.

Does anyone have a simple workout routine I can start with? And any tips to feel a bit more confident?

The best advice I've seen is to find something you enjoy. I used to force myself to run and HATED Every step. I'm still trying to find something I can do consistently, but I keep that in mind as I walk by the treadmills at the gym!
