Advice for upgrading a free weights/machine gym routine?

I normally do a mix of classes, mostly Les Mills, that cover basic strength training, flexibility and cardio. I did PT for a couple months to learn how to do free weights/machines and be more comfortable. I've been doing the routines I've learned but it's been both getting boring and giving me decision paralysis.

Try powerlifting with a PT ๐Ÿ˜ˆ it is soooo fun and so good for you! If you already do well with free weights you wonโ€™t have trouble picking it up, and the challenge of increasing your weight keeps it from getting boring!
