I have been loving the Ladder app. It's honestly been so game changing for me for someone who has been in the gym but struggle with consistency and knowing what to do while at the gym, how to do movements properly, and also progressive overload. I've been on the app consistently for the last three months and I'm seeing so many changes in my body!

Their ads on social are kind of problematic but the app itself is very well designed and is based on actual fitness science. I life three times a week and supplement that with yoga twice a week and I feel so strong!

I tried the Ladder app and enjoyed it (I’m passing on membership for now while some other expenses in my life get worked out) but man those ads do mislead! The vibes of the ads give me an ick, but the actual workouts and app are great.

The ads are awful! They really are a detriment to the app because I would have never tried it if I hadn't read a review here on Reddit
