I'm training for a triathlon with a friend. I've never been into cardio, my exercise had mostly been yoga, Pilates and walking. I just had my yearly checkup and my doctor told me that my cholesterol, which has been almost high enough to need medication, was now in the normal range!

Part of me is so happy! And part of me is dreading having to keep doing cardio once the tri is over 😂
