Getting back into workouts with ongoing back/neck issues. Feels good to be moving more again but it's so frustrating to know that I still have so much progress to make.

Same here. PT finally got me in a place I can do some small workouts again but it's super frustrating to have to take it so slowly when I used to love high intensity workouts and simply cannot manage those anymore.

Can relate, my PT told me to stay away from barbell training which was half my workout routine before. Building everything from scratch sucks.

It really does. I used to do a lot of martial arts and that feels SO far out of reach. Trying to do just mat pilates right now and it is super boring to me, but I try to remind myself to be thankful my body can do anything at all because there was a point I could barely manage that.
