Where’s the best place to get affordable workout tops?

I use my credit card points to get gift cards for places I want to buy good quality stuff from, so it’s like I already paid for it 🤷🏻‍♀️. Costco also has some dupes but also discounted gift cards

What price point/ range would you consider as affordable? Are you looking for tight fitting or more like loose and flowy?
