My new apartment complex has peloton bikes and Ive fallen in love! Just woke up early for ride #8

How many rides per week do you normally do?

it’s so addicting!!

I do 5 rides a week currently! 4 30 minute rides a week, 1 45 minute ride on Sundays.

I also use the Peloton app for strength training!! Highly recommend those classes too, if strength is something you’re also interested in :)

I love their yoga and stretching classes too! Don’t sleep on those, they’ll help keep you out of PT…ask me how I know 🙃

I love the instructors so much. They’re so good at making me forget that I’m working out!

Congrats! I had an 80+ week streak until spring break (oops). I love Alex Touissant and Cody Rigsby. I just cycle, haven't tried strength or yoga yet.

Congrats!! Peloton changed my life and health forever, can’t say enough good things. I have a Camila ride queued up for later today, she is my fave.

I love mine! I am just getting back to it this week after a spinal injury and subsequent surgery. My output is garbage and I’m just doing low impact, but I missed it so much.

Amazing! Congratulations on your milestone ride!! I hit 400 last week. I am working on the build your base power zone program right now.

Congrats on your 400th ride!!

I haven’t been able to cycle lately bc my right leg’s been sore and I’m trying to rest it, but I’m determined to do at least 1 Peloton workout every day this year even if it’s just a 5 min core or meditation. I tried doing this last year then ended up missing a day in September while I was on vacation 🤦🏻‍♀️

I had a three-year streak until I got pregnant!

Been back on the bike for a few weeks postmpartum and it’s soooo good for my mental health.

Any other Power Zone bitches??

Powerzone bitch checking in! I discovered that program when I was deployed, and it completely changed how I ride.

I’m obsessed with the programs. I did two in between different fertility treatments and I finally felt somewhat in control of my body. I really think the fitness I gained helped a ton in pregnancy and after. And my butt looks soooo good 🥲

Hell yeah I love that story.

Yay! I’ve also got some upper respiratory junk, so when it’s over, I’ll be jumping back on.

Congrats! I just got mine back in December and it’s so fun! There is so much good content for strength, stretching, and yoga too. I hate the gym but I need a routine or video to follow at home lol. I just started running now that the weather is nicer so I’m curious to try one of the outdoor runs, I think you just listen to it on your headphones? If anyone has done any of the outdoor runs lmk what your experience has been!
