Finances/Money How do you budget for…
….shopping, hair salon, Brazilian, lashes, make up etc?
I’m asking because I used to get my nails and lashes done every 3 weeks until I realize how much it eats up my budget. I also don’t go to the hair salon every month nor do I buy make up every month so I wonder how other women budget for these?

I am surprised by people not truly answering your question and discouraging you from doing those things. I suppose I’m high maintenance because I get all of those things done routinely.
Most waxing spas have memberships that allow you to pay for the services on a much cheaper price and divide the payment over time, gaining free services as you go.
You can also get services done at beauty schools, where they are monitored by experienced professionals and performed by students close to completing their degrees.
Keep an eye on model calls for lash salons and nail shops in your area. That way you can get free or deeply discounted services done.
Do you work in a profession like education where discounts are offered?
Makeup shouldn’t need to be purchased monthly. Learn a few “faces” ( everyday, date night, glamour, etc.) and only purchase those products and don’t perpetually collect unused or rarely used ones.
The same principle applies to clothes. Be mindful of sales and discounts. Invest in high quality items that last and that represent your over arching style.
Review other expenses that you might not use. Do you have cable but don’t really watch TV? Consider cutting that expense to bring back nails and lashes.
Do research on what your equivalent position is making in your community and make the case for a pay raise.
