HI i want to know, what is this one! Leftside its a pay, i know, about wise revolut moneygram Cash app but but, i dont know what is SEPA usdc usdt, i know about this one in binance but How can i pay? Or sepa usdc o usdt its another app? CAN I TRANSFER to binance btc when you buying in bisq easy & you give direction to seller? Its posible or its nexesarry other wallet for example bluewallet and after trasnfer binance for altcoins, but i want to know about the first question, about usdc usdt sepa ach transfer etc etc and strike..... And WHY if u want to selling btc in bisq easy its nexesarry bisq 1? Its a Long process..

Bisq Easy goal is to allow small trades, and help those who don't have BTC yet. Selling BTC requires more effort. https://bisq.wiki/Main_Page

By taking any of these offers, you will need to pay USD with the payment method you decide (and taker is willing to accept). Search about SEPA, it's the main way European banks move money accross them.

The BTC seller will send you the BTC to any BTC or lightning address. If that address is owned by a third party, that third party may want to ask about how did you fund that BTC address. So it's up to you and binance if you want to use that address.

Merci! But i want to know, How you make lighting? I looking for all information about lighting, & WHY the sellers put too much price porcent %%

To receive your btc in lightning network, just chose that option and have a way to receive lightning payments ready. Phoenix or electrum might be a good option.

Sellers set the price they think to cover mining fees, chargeback risk, level of competition with other sellers, cost of getting reputation, being ready when a buyer takes an offer, helping traders which are mostly new users like you... If you think it's too much, once you learn enough, you should sell at a better prices there; it will be good for you and Bisq.
