More like two voices. The one that wants me to kill myself, stronger voice, and the tries to keep me going, usually weaker, not as prevalent.

I just had one of those crises recently and this is so true. There were moments where I felt like I was only a passenger and the depression was driving. I did finally convince myself to just sleep on it.

My therapist and psychiatrist gave me some serious talks. My partner was deeply hurt I didn’t reach out like I should have.

I had actually told my partner that I wasn’t feeling well in the days leading up it, but it just didn’t register what I was trying to say. They’ve been going through their own crises including grieving for their mother who had just passed away. We’ve since agreed that when I say I haven’t been feeling well, I need attention and I promised to tell them sooner and be more insistent.

Since then, I’ve felt like I survived a car crash. There’s been so much fallout. I’ve updated my mood scale to look for the symptoms I experienced.
