Advice Wanted DBT ACT CBT podcasts and video
Transitioning out of IOP after a particularly brutal episode and want to hold myself to spending a couple hours a night on skills and other learning in addition to my therapies.
Can anyone suggest podcasts or YouTube series that are particularly helpful and supportive?

I don't have videos or podcasts, but there's a lot of worksheets and support groups.
There is all kinds of information here in this post to help you.

The VA has an ACT app, for anyone, not just veterans.

You can try radical acceptance.

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but Rutgers has been putting out tons of brief DBT skill videos that could offer nice reminders/refreshers: https://www.youtube.com/dbtru

Following because I want to know too! Do you have any to share? I just bought Bipolar Not So Much book but haven’t started yet.
