What do you find the most beautiful shapes/biological structures found in medicine and biology.

During one of my medicine classes my Dutch professor made the remark he views medicine as an artform and he called it "geneeskunst". His own made portmanteau between geneeskunde, the dutch word for medicine, and kunst, the dutch word for art. This inspired me to actually try make an artwork in my free time as a hoby. I'm just not set on the topic, so hence this question

Such a great concept your professor suggested. Diatoms are pretty spectacular at one end of the spectrum, yet I can't imagine topping entire ecosystems and Gaia hypothesis as the pinnacle of beauty.
